It has the parallel ports from the monitor to the cpu. You can tell its on and you can see the mouse and if its sitting a while the screen saver comes on. I can see the C drive and scan or clean or whatever so I'm certain it is healthy. I can't use iTunes because it asks me to grant access from my unresponsive iPhone.
I switched out the monitor with one that I know is working and got the same results, so it's not the monitor.
