Please pay attention to the GitHub instructions before running any of the scripts included. I've loaded up the latest drivers from Synaptics (v 22.214.171.124) and still had the same behavior. You'll notice the HKEY current users settings are different than the windows 10 default settings under HKEY Local Machine. But instead of progressing, it seems to be going backward.
It's not a perfect solution (Synaptics! It is a known long standing bug on the Red Hat bugtracker, so I don't know when this will get fixed. But that is a pain every time I wake my laptop!
