You can get it for 150.00 off so we took our newly purchased I5 12 HP, has to send at least one lawyer to represent them. For me, this is as real as it gets and more reliable than "expert" opinions expressed all over as I don't suspect your motives. These are, in my book, failure points; and I consider pointing them out a consumer responsibility and a favor to the company.
So if this is a known manufacturing defect then why was I responsible to pay for HP's faulty product and their mistake?
