Type ‘rstrui’ in the Start search box. I'm ready to dump the hard drive! Now, I can't see the Program Files and the link that u suggested us gives me lots of codes. If everything checks out, it may simply be buggy and might have to be disabled entirely for the system to work.

So in regedit I went in to file and click on import then found sysrestoreable.reg and doubled clicked on it and it installed.
