Task Manager Performance Not Showing Both CPUs

It's just to use all resources before having to resort to any cores that are sharing resources which of course means better performance. If it does fail, it may be necessary to temporarily install another HAL either from Device Manager or by changing the SET HAL=ACPIAPIC_MP line and re-running the script. Is there a fix for this?
