SSD Causing Slow Performance Occationally (Respons Time)

If you did the clean install after the new memory then I would run some extensive tests on the hard drive. Edit: I should note, that boot up times are much, much faster now. Looks like it's time to replace the ram. Unfortunately, I do not have another computer to test the drive on, nor another hard drive (besides an external one) to test with. Then run memtest for two or three complete cycles. It gets up to 500-4000 or so.
