Start/Notification/Cortana/Search Stop Working


My windows search is running and set to "automatic". I did have this problem a couple months ago once or twice, but a restart solved it. If it's an OS or some registry problem, an in-place upgrade repair install may help. Also right clicking on apps/programs did not work. please how can i revert back these command prompt codes?
