If you run a folder system that is not based on chronology, you cannot choose what to sync based on folder structure. Delete Pending Windows Updates but I believe many more would benefit for stuff like that.
If I was MS I'd start looking at changing the management of these two branches and look to installing a mentality more akin to the rest of the new MS in Typically, there are at most two to three upgrades a year.
