How many watts? check over here Even the header connectors on the MB, power to wall, UPS, surge protector, ... Check all cables within the computer. It died shortly after, although it was 80+ certified and seemed to be of good quality (and also i didn't use it to it's full capacity).
This is the same PSU from my last build though, so I'm not sure if that's the problem.
I did 5 shutdown/reboot sequences... 1 per hour, and neither problem has occurred since making the above change.
Well maybe that can help some of you in the same situation.
