That took care of the issue. They continue to create updates with useful functions removed and useless functions added.THEY DO NOT LISTEN TO USERS! It worked.
When I hover over this, I get a pop-up saying "Network Internet access". But the remedy is every time you see one of the selected Icon is missed in task bar, log off the administrator page and log in again , you will get That is the best soltuion I can say Cheeeeeeeeeeers !!!!! He's tried updating the drivers, uninstalling/reinstalling them, lets Windows do updates, etc.
